Karate and martial arts offer a personal challenge and growth that no other sport offers. Along with the visible improvements in fitness, concentration and discipline, there is also a sense of belonging and community combined with an improved self image.

Adults from many walks of life enjoy the immense benefits gained through martial arts training and its holistic rewards. Our community is comprised of unique individuals all searching for something different, Kyokushin Karate has that difference.

Specialist Instruction
We regularly hold specific classes; tournament training, Kata classes or Grading preparation. We also offer Self Protection seminars and Bunkai jutsu classes among others. Tournament officiating and administration also play a key role.
Kyokushinkai means Association for the Ultimate Truth.
We are affiliated with the IKO Kyokushinkaikan Union. We’re also proudly an Incorporated Not for Profit Association.
We pride ourselves in providing quality, progressive instruction, within structured guidelines in a caring safe environment. The traditional values and work ethic of Kyokushin Karate are instilled in the students alongside respect and discipline. We actively encourage diversity in our classes to embrace all that our community comprises.

We also accept Fairplay Vouchers
FairPlay Vouchers assists children and young people who can least afford, or may otherwise benefit from, joining a sport or active recreation club. Eligible children and young people are presented with a voucher that provides up to $150 to help with the costs for membership and participation fees. The vouchers can be redeemed at a local sport and active recreation club that is registered for the program and that’s us!

Yes our training is sometimes demanding, and we make no excuses for that. This is Kyokushin Karate, the ‘ultimate truth’ and the strongest karate.
